OUR INSPECTION PROCESS

Our inspection process begins with a visual check of raw materials upon arrival, verifying quality and specifications. During production, random in - process inspections are carried out to monitor welding, drilling, and assembly quality.
 
After the chairs are fully assembled, each piece undergoes a comprehensive final inspection. We check for structural integrity, surface finish, and any defects in the upholstery or frame. Packaging is also inspected to ensure it provides adequate protection. Only products that meet all quality standards are approved for shipment.

OUR WORKSHOP

At our factory, the production process starts with automated cutting of raw materials to precise specifications. Next, automated machines drill holes in the materials, ensuring consistent accuracy. The cut pieces then move to the welding station, where skilled workers use advanced equipment to join them together, forming the sturdy frames of our chairs.
 After welding, the frames enter the assembly line for chair production. Upholstery and other components are carefully added to complete the chairs. Finally, each finished chair is thoroughly inspected before being securely packaged for shipment, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
